My Review Description, Story Line, Reader’s expectations and overall rating of the book

The perfect groom is a saga of a woman who does not lose heart even though the tunnel is pitch dark. Her mother and sister sail along this torrid ocean with her, thus making it a journey with a remarkable ending. Happy endings are always favored, but when the years have gone toodle tooing in high intense drama and emotions that dared to come out either due to fear or just not to wreck anyone's future is commendable and makes one want them live a happily ever after. Such is the story of Nithya.

She with her mom and her sister had to undergo a series of hurdles as they grew up while the mom being emotionally turmoil by her stepsister who gives her shelter amidst the emotional bruises. Nithya marries a techie guy from California, and her daily insight into her life was enough to give a reader her daily struggles and give her some pity her lonely life, which surprisingly the character fares quite well.

Then comes the antagonist who surprisingly is another woman and in her relation. Yes, you guessed it right! A Mother-in-law! Her tactics are enough to scare even the reader. I guess MIL's can make such an impact huh! The author could catch the reader's attention when it came to the never-ending saga of herself and her MIL.

There is a surprising twist to the story that makes it brilliant and I liked how the author tweaked the story. However, the use of many Indian traditional words made it confusing to catch upon. Only, if she would have translated it in an indirect way in the story rather than a novice (like me) looking back every now and then to the glossary part.

This would have been easy flow to the story cause going back and then losing track was my problem. The book is interesting and has lots of drama with a happy ending, thus making a reader happy. I would give it 4 stars. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves drama with a sprinkle of romance reason it is a light and easy read with few characters to keep track.
