Break to banta hain Boss

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born and a time to die; a time to plan t, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.”

The notion of breaking from work periodically is what everyone enjoys and awaits the most! Yeah! Break time! Any damn work you do…. Whether you like it or hate it, you like being off it for a while. Age doesn’t matter… a kid doing homework, a middle aged proud corporate, an adult party rocker or a working house wife! Break toh banta hain boss!

Movies are the best example! U definitely need interval …..Because it gives excitement and makes you refreshed for continuing further.  For some people break means going out somewhere away from home and daily chores, while for some it means coming home and spending quality time with family. Monotonous life makes a person miserable. One should always have some change, something different from routine. Having break doesn’t mean you need to do great changes…. One should not forget happiness do come in small packages... One may never know how a little change even in diverting the daily route to your work can bring happiness or surprises. The routine life is the thing that is needed to be broken! The regular norm is to be discontinued.
Sometimes it’s good to give little break to brain by refraining thinking too much, or finding logics and reasons in every matter. It’s not bad to take things lightly sometimes and not stressing or pressurizing your grey matter.

Being busy is what all of us prefer rather than being idle. Being busy is akin to being prolific while being idle is akin to being good-for-nothing and profligate.  In such a fast progressing world where there exists a rat-race between people to attain higher stature, you have to ensure that you stay busy and keep working with hardcore dedication and sincerity. But that doesn’t mean u have to keep on going till you break your bones! Thomas A. Edison had remarked, “Being busy does not always mean real work. The object of all work is production or accomplishment and to either of these ends there must be forethought, system, planning, intelligence, and honest purpose, as well as perspiration.” People work their ass off...until someone comes and tell “dude! Relax. You need a break!”

Sometimes one just wishes/needs to get in a car and drive away, just to get away from all the bullshit and drama of life. Break gives an opportunity to rekindle the love, faith and deep attachment between the family members, friends and one’s own self. Breaks are seen as an antidote to work, they are medicine, a remedy for counteracting the effects of labor. It also helps to rediscover ourselves”. If enough time is taken to plan!
Break can be of 10 days or even 10 minutes. The purpose is to chill… have peace of mind… let the muscles and each cell of your body relax. The feeling like you get after spending some time in spa, or at beach or a long drive or a playful chit chat or after meditating=happiness + satisfaction. Inner peace is all that is searched.
